AJ Novick Group provides anger management classes and educational programs for
adults seeking practical skills for managing anger, stress, communication, and conflict. Programs are available for individuals participating voluntarily as well as those completing requirements related to courts, probation departments, employers, attorneys, and other referring organizations.
Led by Ari Novick, Ph.D., AJ Novick Group has provided anger management education and training for more than 20 years. Our programs use the Anger Management for the Twenty-First Century curriculum and focus on practical skills that can be applied in relationships, workplaces, and everyday situations.
Anger management programs are available through live instructor-led Zoom classes, self-paced online classes, individual sessions, and home-study programs.

Participants completing a program for a third-party requirement should confirm that the selected course and format meet the requirements of the referring organization before enrollment.

Individual Anger Management Sessions
Individual anger management sessions provide a more personalized option for participants who prefer one-on-one instruction or have concerns that may benefit from individualized attention.
Sessions can focus on the participant's specific challenges and may address communication, anger and stress management, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, impulse control, expectations, and interpersonal relationships.
Individual sessions are available by appointment.

Anger Management for the Twenty-First Century
AJ Novick Group's anger management programs use the Anger Management for the Twenty-First Century curriculum.
The curriculum emphasizes practical skills rather than simply focusing on anger itself. Participants learn strategies designed to improve communication, manage stress, recognize emotional triggers, develop empathy, resolve conflict, manage expectations, and make more thoughtful choices during difficult interactions.
Dr. Ari Novick is also co-founder of Century Anger Management, which provides professional anger management facilitator certification and training.
Court, Probation & Employer-Referred Anger Management
AJ Novick Group regularly works with individuals referred for anger management education by courts, probation departments, attorneys, employers, and other organizations.
Because requirements can vary significantly between referring organizations, participants should confirm the required number of sessions or hours, program format, documentation, and completion requirements before enrolling.
AJ Novick Group can provide enrollment and completion documentation when applicable.
Choosing the Right Anger Management Program
The appropriate program depends on why you are taking an anger management class and the type of learning experience you prefer.
Live Zoom classes provide instructor-led education and interaction with other participants. Online classes provide greater flexibility and allow participants to complete the curriculum independently. Individual sessions provide personalized one-on-one instruction, while home-study programs offer a printed alternative to online coursework.
If you are unsure which option is appropriate for you or a referral, contact our office before enrolling.
