The Fan Conduct Class is an online training program hosted and developed by the AJ Novick Group, Inc. that teaches fans about appropriate behavior and conduct at sporting events or other public gatherings. The purpose of the class is to educate fans on how to behave in a respectful, safe, and sportsmanlike manner, and to prevent incidents such as violence, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

The Fan Conduct Class is currently utilized by the National Football League (NFL), United Soccer League (USL), major college and universities and stadiums throughout the United States.

The content of a fan conduct class can vary depending on the specific event or sport, but it typically covers topics such as:

  • Respectful behavior towards other fans, players, coaches, and officials
  • Prohibition of alcohol and drug use at the event
  • Zero tolerance for violence, harassment, or hate speech
  • Proper use of electronic devices and social media during the event
  • Procedures for reporting inappropriate behavior or emergencies
  • Consequences of violating the fan code of conduct, such as ejection from the event or legal penalties.

The goal of the Fan Conduct Class is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees and to promote civility among attendees.
