The assessment/evaluation is a simple process and can be completed at home without the hassle or inconvenience of traveling to an office. After placing your order below, you will be contacted by one of our certified counselors within 24 hours or less. You and the counselor will determine a time to set up the interview and once the interview is completed, s/he will provide a detailed write up with recommendations. The assessment will utilize both a clinical interview AND a standardized questionnaire, typically either the Morimor-Filkins, SASSI, MAST, or DRI.

Choose the Expedited Evaluation if you are in a hurry, need the assessment interview completed within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) and the results sent to you within 1-2 business days. If you order the assessment on a weekend or holiday you will be contact on the next business day. Overnight shipping is included in the fee.
Fast, Friendly and Convenient Assessments
Our goal is to take the headache out of having to complete an assessment or evaluation for a drug, alcohol or DUI related incident. Our certified drug and alcohol counselors will make the process easy. You can complete the assessment by phone or live in person video conference, we can also set that up. Our counselors work with customers in every U.S. State. Expect the interview to last about an hour and generally the write with recommendations can be produced in about 1-2 days. If you ordered the expedited service, it will be even faster.
Assessment Policy
*We will refund an assessment purchase if the assessment has not been completed yet due to scheduling conflicts. We do not refund assessments/evaluations once they have been completed. We highly recommended you get prior approval to have your assessment completed by an out of state provider (if you are outside of CA).
